I don't understand how it's a managers job to find coverage when someone called off, nope it's the workers job since when. Isn't that what managers get paid for. Then you tell a kid that he sticks like cat litter, so you send him home. He doesn't smell like it at all. When he works his shift he comes home smelling like cigarettes. He doesn't smoke.

I ordered my favorite hazelnut and original blend on line just in time for the holidays. I also was in time for the free promotion to get a dd mug. When I got my order I received he hazelnut but not the original blend and the cup was in pieces. Ive written, tried to call and no replies. Guess I won't have enough coffee to share with my family and it seems I won't know when I'll get my original blend or refund. Sooo peeved.

Pide por Globo y te llegará la mitad del pedido. O los empleados pasan y ponen lo que les sale del ojete o el repartidor come gratis.

This used to be my family’s favorite place! Back when I was a kid, going there with my parents always felt like a celebration. 😊 But recently, after nearly five years away, I decided to stop by on my own—and I couldn’t believe my eyes. The place was messy, with dirty tables everywhere. The staff looked overwhelmed, running around and even arguing with customers. And the food? Well, it matched the vibe. It’s really disappointing to see things take such a turn for the worse.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Dunkin’ Donuts for many years, and it used to be my favorite go-to spot. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. Last week, I visited my nearest location and had to wait an unbearable 1.5 hours for my order to arrive. On top of that, the staff was uncooperative and showed little regard for customer service. This was truly a frustrating experience, and I hope Dunkin’ takes steps to improve.

I ordered a sesame bagel with olive oil spread on the side and got a plain bagel with spread oozing out the sides and it slathered everywhere. Disappointed!

I worked at Dunkins growing up and religiously drank Dunkin coffee. However from my generation to current times Dunkin Donuts changed too much with their donuts and bagels. We used to use dough and fry the donuts and bagels at the store. Now they come in boxes frozen. Even after there freshly baked it is awful. Dunkin franchise operators from bengal who don't even keep fresh coffee and using thermostat closed hot coffee machines which create steam coffee staying on shelf for 2 hours when it should only be for 45 minutes.

Lentos. El pedido llegó con contenido distinto del que pedí. Para reclamar te ponen pegas. No compensa.
