I have gone into the Dunkin at Brockport NY three times now on a Sunday to get a hot Carmel Macchiato. First time No Dairy, I left, second time No Dairy,they said yeah we run out Sundays and Wednesdays. I suggested bump their order by 2 jugs. Second time No dairy, so I played it smart do you have almond milk? Yes, but never offered it. Third time the girls were to busy to notice I was standing at the counter for few minutes, while they watched football on their phone. New girl was fending for herself. When she asked for help with the Macchiato the girl swung around and said Why ! Who ordered that ? My reply was a Sharp I DID. We can't make it our steamers are broken. Both of them? Than had the never to ask me if I wanted a cold one!!? No I want a Refund. She told another girl to get me my refund. I don't usually right reviews but , you guys need to get rid of this one. I have my own business , if I had this one working for me, I would go broke. Not that the Corporation cares but, I won't be back Tim Horton's is just around the corner. And yes I told my friends and colleagues the poor service at the Brockport location.

I have never seen such incompetence and thieving. At 3:30 p.m. no more donuts without knowing it we order at the terminal. When being served the employee no longer has the models to order, I look and see only 3 or 4 donuts placed there. We ask for a refund, they refuse, asking to take something else, but what? Really ? There is nothing else. What stupidity, then we had to insist for a long time to get a refund. Once I left, I later realized that he had not repaid the full amount, more than 2 dollars were missing, wouldn't that be considered theft? Anyway if you close at 9 p.m. and nothing at 3:30 p.m. change your schedule and close and be more honest. (dunkin' wichita falls)

If I could do ZERO STARS, I would in an instant!!!!!!!This is THE WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to in my 40 years on this earth. EVERY OTHER TIME I go, they give me the wrong drink and insist that it is right. I order my lattes with skim milk and every other visit, they give me whole milk and insist that it is skim. Would YOU like to pay for and consume something that you dont like???? During my last (AND FINAL) visit, yet again, they give me my latte with WHOLE MILK eventhough on the mobile order it EXPLICITLY SAYS SKIM. I take a sip before I drive away and low and behold, it is WHOLE MILK. I tell the guy at the drive through it is not skim, then the manager comes over and ARGUES WITH ME saying that it is SKIM and that "he will not make 2 drinks for me everytime i go there." Who was asking you to make 2 drinks for me?? How about this, make it right the FIRST TIME and you won't have to make a second one. I am convinced that the Pakistanis that run this DD are ANTI-SEMETIC and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience and will be urging them NOT TO GO THERE. This is HORRIBLE customer service and if I am paying for a product, it should be made CORRECTLY. I will be contacting corporate today and WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been going to Dunkin's past 2 yrs now nearly everyday . Absolutely love their coffee and doughnuts however I've walked in today to find out you've increased all your prices by 50% . It's daylight robbery .won't be ever coming again . It's now just as expensive if not more than Starbucks

Un desastre total, una atención pésima, además se equivocó y habiéndole dicho que se había equivocado pero que daba igual me lo quiso cambiar pero a mala leche, además, creo que cobrar por un café malo en vaso de plástico 2,30 € es una salvajada, por supuesto, no volveré, y auguro un cierre muy pronto
