For the past several months, the Iced Caramel Lattes have been horrible! They are definitely watered down. It tastes like a 5.40 cup of milk! It’s a waste of money! Won’t go back.

Mobile order # 244 I pre-ordered for my office. When I got the store my order was not ready. I told the young lady with earring in her nose that I would pull to the front. I waited approximately 20 mins and no came out I went in and the gentleman advised me that he was still getting my order together, I went back to my truck which was park right in front of the store and waited another 30 mins. During my wait a black lady came out the store and to my left talk with a few people and when right back in. I then went into the store aggravated for the time spent waiting for my order. The tall white gentleman stated they were looking for me. I told him I was parked at the front of the store this whole time, lady from the window stated she told me to park at the stop sign which was not true. (While waiting I saw the same lady from the window bring an order to a car parked at the stop sign) The black girl with scarf then told me I need to get my fat ass out her store. I then got angrier, by her words and felt this all could have been avoided if they knew to communicate with customers. I would like this issue addressed right away

Mostly is not fresh! Never right when you ask for specifics drink!

At Ronald Regan DCA Airport I requested the lady employee to give me hot water in my flask since I was not feeling well and she had an audacity to demand $1.10 or else she would not give me hot water! SHAME on you Dunkin Donuts !

Product was not available 4 out of the last 5 attempts to purchase at the Forest Dr Columbia s c location. There are too many other options to bother with the new owners

Gutted, I have spent thousands in this store since 2021, I rely on this shop and service, this shop was amazing until a new manager comes in and all goes wrong. At first the prices increased and the drinks became shorter. You put a fake promotion on (selling milk), They then stopped the free coffee promotion at the end of the month with no warning because one manager and a young staff memeber (who doesn't want to work there) couldnt cope. It would be cheaper to order online. Radford, one of the poorest areas in Notts no one is spending £3 on the same donut you sell everyday ( no variety). I think its time dunkins closed down and let another branch try. We need a coffee shop not donuts. Plus this store is just for the local men to illegally play dominos and sell drugs in your store.
