This is my last time at this location the subpar rating and reviews only solidify my impression of this location. In short I ordered food thru the app I never got. The app offered me points enough to buy a coffee despite the fact I spent $12. I decide to ask for a comp meal from the manager who then refers me to the district manager. I reached out and never heard back. As opposed to receiving negative reviews for a matter that could have been settled for $12 they would rather receive bad ratings that they don't even attempt to address. That's totally indicative of how they show concern for customers who have an issue that needs to be resolved. I got the run around for food i never received and I'm out $12 to add insult to injury. If I could give them o stars I would. This is the second and last time I had an issue with them at this location 938 Buford Dr. Lawrenceville Ga

It depends on which store it is . Cinnaminson ave is no good There was something wrong with the coffee. It was watered down. I called the next day. I asked to talk to the manager he said yes. I said the service yesterday was no good. He said thank you and hung up. Also there was no receipt.about . Two pm .

Me parece vergonzoso poner batidos de cartón para tomar y cobrar 2'10 por cada uno!!!! No atienden en mesa y pretenden que te limpies la mesa. Pero vamos flipante que un paquete de pulevas vale 2'95 y cobren 2'10 por cada uno y encima ni vaso

El chico del mostrador es grosero y trata a los repartidores muy mal. Debería de hacer un curso de relaciones públicas y de atención al cliente. Eh pedido una hoja de reclamación y me la ah negado.

Stick to doughnuts... because your coffee absolutely sucks!! Just warm and doesn't even taste of coffee. We are still waiting for our refund, you've got our card details but still no refund.. over 30 euros... disgraceful

Not a satisfied customer. Had one of the donuts recently and straight away afterwards I went and crashed my car. Not sure what sort of brain altering juices your putting in the donuts, but this was the first time I've crashed my car this month. Would have NEVER happened if I had an Unholy Donut. I know for a fact that they don't put anything like that in their donuts.

I visited Dunkin’ on 1427 Dual Hwy on 12/08/23, and ordered a Latte . It wasn’t made to my liking, I asked that it be remade. The manager came to the window in a very nasty manner, and I told her the drink was just milk and no espresso or flavoring, She went back and forth with me because she didn’t want to remake the drink, finally I asked for a refund, and told her she would be reported, and she said I don’t care.She wanted to charge me for remaking the drink. Finally she decided to remake , but put too much espresso,which I think was done intentionally. It wasn’t drinkable.
