I was very disappointed when visiting the Dunkin Donuts in yesterday. None of the donuts they had on offer were proper cake donuts. They were ALL the soft doughy ones... just like Crispy Crème. The branches in the states offer a much better selection and variation of donuts and muffins. Also, they did not have cream to put in your coffee, only milk.

Dunkin has gone down hill and lost my business forever! First, I get a drink an inch and a half from the top because I asked for less ice. For them to top it off, it would cost me a dollar. The drink is already $5!! Today I go, make no special requests and my hot chai latte, not only was it cold, it also was an inch and a half from the top. Again, a $4 drink! They are a rip off as you can’t get what you pay for. I guess they spent too much money on ads with JLo, Ben Affleck, and Matt Damon to actually give to their customers what they pay over priced food and drinks for. Bye, Bye dunkin! You just lost a customer of over 20 years. Cheap-stakes!

Caro de narices (porq no se pueden escribir palabrotas). Suben los precios cada mes. Te cobran 2 céntimos más por la tapa del vaso y por el vaso (deberían ofrecer vaso de cristal si tan ecofriendly dicen q son) y un vaso de agua q es por norma gratis en españa te cobran 1 céntimo. Me han intentado estafar más de 1 vez cobrándome de más y encima las empleadas son unas bordes de m*erda. no pongo 0 estrellas porq no se puede. El smoothie a empeorado su sabor porq son unos ratas q buscan ingredientes cada vez más baratos. No se porq tiene tanta fama, es una verdadera estafa y espero q los propietarios hagan algo YA💩💩

I went to the Dunkin in Woodstown this morning. I I I I ordered a cup of coffee and a donut. I waited longer than usual. No matter what I order it is never right! They forget my coffee or donut or forget to give me the cream on the side. Sometimes they just decide to put it in the coffee. I never get cream or sugar in my coffee, they never put enough in. I do not know which location is the worst. The one in Woodstown or the one on route 40!

I contacted customer service because I tried to use a gift card on the app and the remainder of the purchase on my debit card. The total was $20.74, and my gift card was for $20. They charged my debit card for the whole purchase. I contacted them the day it happened and they strung me along for three weeks saying they were going to help me. I just wanted my debit card refunded and my gift card charged. They made me add more money to the gift card to accomplish this task, claiming I had to have the full $20.74 on the gift card. The app only allows a $2 minimum. I let them know that it was all set to be charged and didn't hear from them for a week. When I did finally hear from them they asked for my card information so they can refund my card, I gave them my card information along with the gift card information. They replied saying that they cannot refund my card after a purchase has already been made, even though literally minutes before they said they were going to do it. Also how can you refund someone before a purchase is made? That doesn't even make sense. After a purchase is the only time a refund would be required. I pointed out that I was told the exact opposite and sent a screenshot of them telling me that they will refund the debit card and charge the gift card. They responded back with the same response, they can't do it. So they made me wait three weeks, lied to me more than once, and made me spend more of my money just to tell me they're not going to help me. Awful customer service. I had such a simple request and they refused to do it, lied to me, and wasted my time.

Dunkin Donuts es ese tipo de negocios que logra el éxito, pero que luego pretenden vivir solo de su fama y su prestigio histótico. Es pura fachada, nunca encuentras lo que estàs buscando y el servicio es entre malo y pésimo. Nadie debería comprar nada en ese sitio

The young girl at the window told me they do not have change when I gave her a $10 bill so needless to say I did bot get any change back from my order! That is unacceptable that they cannot give you your change from your order!! So I guess the change I did not get back goes towards her tip?? Also I asked for whipped cream on my drink which she even read back to me on my order but dud not put on my drink! The staff ar this location is incompetent!! I will post this on social media and will certainly not return!!
