Dear Mr. Hoffman, I visited Dunkin Donuts (store 300562) on January 23, 2025, at 12:31 PM, located at 6738 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638. At the drive thru, I ordered a cold coffee and mentioned to the customer service representative that I could not hear him well on the speaker. He responded rudely and told me to come around. When I asked if he was having a bad day, he retorted with "Are you?". When I pointed out his tone and rudeness, he insulted me in Spanish, calling me a Hooker and other names. I am deeply upset by this experience. This kind of treatment tarnishes Dunkin Donuts' reputation. I like Dunkin Donuts, but after this, I am hesitant to return. Additionally, my daughter and friends have encountered similar rudeness by the same person at this location. I asked for the employee's name, but he refused to give it. He was a short Hispanic male with black hair. There is a number on the receipt Check # 8686. Sincerely, M M

Ordered Christmas doughnuts on 26th dec for a party day before new years eve. Never arrived. Sent 4 messages but they didn't reply. Eventually on 4th Jan I had a call from someone off production who said my order had been missed!!! How when you've already taken my money?? Also they don't deliver tues to thurs anymore. They had informed some other customers but I had received nothing and they had accepted the order. Asked for refund and some way of compensation as had no dessert for my party. They said they only offer one or the other. Requested refund. Now 14th Jan and still not received refund!!! Disgusting service and customer service just tell you lies to try and cover themselves. My advice...... don't order unless you want to be disappointed.

Rude employees who did not want to wait on us. The music was loud vulgar rap music and they refused to turn it down when asked. The tables were dirty and no napkins or straws. We have children and did not want to stay and subject them to the horrible experience. Dunkin Donuts at Stadium Street, Smyrna De is not customer friendly!!

I arrived at the speaker the person wasn’t friendly at all. I had two mobile orders. One was given to me, the other was a mobile order that was for a turkey sourdough sandwich. I received the sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted, in fact the cheese was still cold. I asked the black girl at the window if I could have the cheese melted she then looked the sandwich in the window and gave it to a white boy. He told me close the box and the cheese will melt. The cheese was cold so I asked if I could have it remade. He went and got a manager who came to the window. I asked her to refund the sandwich because this isn’t the quality that I paid for. 10/10 doesn’t recommend. The staff was completely unfriendly, and makes the customer feel like you are bothering them if something isn’t made properly. The store didn’t give the receipt for the sourdough sandwich so I had to do the survey on the first mobile order receipt. Save your time and your money!!!!

Ordered a matcha with vanilla vanilla was not mixed and nearly any matcha in it very disappointed staff was too busy talking amongst them selfs to realise felt like I was drinking vanilla milk very disappointed

Never pay in advance because then they deliver it in 2 hours or more. This was the second time in this week I have place the order and make the payment in advance. Last time they delivered in 2 hours but this time it's been an hour and 50 minutes and still I am waiting for the delivery.

Pues no se si nombrarlo Robo o abuso hacia el consumidor? Queria subir foto del ticket y del producto pero no me deja. Os resumo: café con leche en plástico 2,80€ + cruasán pequeño,duro y congelado por dentro 2,50€. Vamos para no volver ni al centro comercial.

I went inside the Dunkin Donuts store to pick up a Donut and a cup of coffee - after 5-6 minutes the female working was waiting on car drive thru window - there is so much stuff in the front of the store the person working in the drive thru window can't see there is a customer who needs service at the counter in front - after I was noticed she said she would finish waiting on customers at the drive thru and be right with me - another 10+ minutes went by and I left - frustrated and disappointed - 😞 - your customer service is terrible!!!!!!! This was the Waunakee Wisconsin location - terrible!!!
