I was a complainer, and now I’m a customer for life.
After buying a pair of overalls that was too big, I was perturbed that their return procedures were not automated, and I messaged them and let them know. They responded and refunded an additional amount and sent me the appropriate size. A couple weeks later, one of the buckles rips off in the dryer. I was not optimistic, but I contacted Dungarees again. Not only did they replace the damaged pair, but they didn’t even ask me to send in the damaged one. Now, I don’t expect that is typical procedure necessarily, but in this instance, it was absolutely the right thing to do. My attitude has turned around completely. No. You don’t get an automated return system. You get to deal with a person, who listens, even catches your mistakes when you give them the wrong size. I had it all wrong. I wanted Dungarees to be more like other companies. Nope. That’s backwards. More companies should be like Dungarees. That’s where I’ll be shopping going forward. Good prices and great service. Who could ask for anything more?
