This is a scam casino that takes your money but offers no way to pay you with money if you live in certain places. I just basically gifted these thieves over 200 bucks because they don't pay anything but bitcoin to people in my state but they will sure take money and wo t.even tell you until you try to cash out. Shame on you for stealing for a living. These guys can expect legal trouble if they have done anything illegal in my state because I am going to check the legalities of their operations here first thing in the morning

It's important to know that they send email promo for opening, get ALL your information and will not honor the promo. Then to close the account 30m later, chat wanted ALL info again. SCAM
I received an email, promotion for a new account. I set it up, providing ALL my info, then no promotion available. Then to close 30m later with chat because there is no # to call, chat requests ALL my info again. This site is not legit, it's totally a SCAM. BEWARE Edit to respond to response: first it wasn't certain info required, it was name, DOB, address, phone # and email (same info to open), I never had a question about your current promo, it was an issue with the emailed promo to open the account that was not honored, I had NEVER had an account, so your point about a duplicate account is BS and invalid. Your entire response was fluffing your company to be honest but YOU'RE A SCAM!

Account balance disappeared.
Deposited $100, got my winnings up to $400. Signed in the next day and account balance was zero. Deposit history says zero and All Transactions history says zero!!!

Fraudulent use of my credit cards ☹️
Made two deposits using credit cards. Both cards were used for fraudulent purchases immediately after using them on Duckluck. Stay away!!!

Update to my post... I asked them Ducklucky again, when I will get my winnings of $500.00, this is now the 6th or 7th time asking. This time they said because I questioned my deposits they will no longer pay me out. TOTOAL SCAM. They told me all was approved the last 6 times I talked to them, but now..... LIARS!!!!!

Let's just make this so super easy 🚨They are frauds 🚨 If they ( duckyluck.ag ) will steal the identity of Dana White , use it in a deepfake to promote their own brand , without asking for Dana whites permission , nor paying the man anything from the money made from that specific ad...do you think they care AT ALL about their players If the way they attract players starts with deception, do you think that everything is ran fair behind the scenes? A good indicator of a person/entity's standards is their past standards exhibited . They will remove bonuses randomly , lock your account , take half your winnings due to some reason they concoct and if you ask they will straight up tell you " when players sign up you agreed to certain conditions , and one of The conditions is that they can do whatever they want, whenever they want , for whatever reason they deem appropriate. So i have been going through the verification process and have sent multiple emails and exactly how they ask. They keep saying its blurry yet but take picture standing still in bright room, clean camara with new samsung and i use jpeg for ducuments as they requested. Yet they keep saying is blurry. This is scam i have verifed with couple online casinos never went throgh this.. avoid this its def scam, the app was even named somthing else , ehi h is a redflag of its own. Im not or have any ifiliation but go play chumba or the other casinos never had issues verify no issues or crazy fees for with drawling and i have won good money mult times stay away from this scam. Dont put lot of your money in espically beginning without trying to withdrwal a small win. Do your own research google this comapy and look all the reedit reviews aswell
