I have had nothing but great experience with Ducky Luck . Once I figured out how all these online casinos operate they were a step above the restroom. Won plenty of free 50 bucks on free bonus spins ans cashed out after my play through. Won some bigger jackpots aswell. Always paid fairly fast. The reason I stopped playing was they sent me an email saying since I was a skilled player they would no longer offer me bonuses and rewards lol. I only play slots so that is pretty ridiculous. I have lost way more then Won and regardless of what people think slots are random. They just didn't like the fact I got lucky a few times in a row. Oh well. Their loss. Plenty of other places to play that want my money. 90 percent of these reviews are posted from people who dont understand or care to learn how the casinos operate

I believe this place has the best VIP program out there. The bonuses are great. The customer service is great. They have reached out to me many times with bonuses for no reason. They reach out for feedback. The only thing I would love to see improved is the withdrawal process. Although if you are VIP it is within 48 hours, that is only weekdays. No withdrawals on weekends. I really appreciate the level of customer appreciation. I have not experienced that at another place.

UPDATE #2 although they had no problem paying out the first $2,500 in less than 48 hours. I waited the 10 days they make you wait for the other $2,500. I’m now going into the 4th day and a weekend without payment. At one point I was up 10k but didn’t want to wait 2 months to get paid. The reason they make you wait is so you cancel the withdrawal request to play down your winnings. I’m not removing the 5th star yet. But there reply below where they say they try to pay quickly I guess that’s when they want!! I have never had an issue with this site. Yes, it’s called gambling for a reason and if you lose you lose and I’ve lost a ton between here and others. For all the 1star reviews below is the EXACT reason I do not take bonuses. I play even money. I’ve hit before for $2,500 and they paid out within 2 days As a Golden Goose. I may have to update this later as I am up to 10k with a $2,500 withdrawal already in the works. All just have to wait till Saturday to request the next. They are legit. You can’t complain and give a 1 star review if it’s your fault you don’t read the rules.
