This casino is a scam. I spend over $12k here. Do not use! Others are better. Do not be fooled. They double charged my card and blocked me from card deposits when I submitted an inquiry for the double charge. This is how they treat “VIP” members. I am very unhappy with this “casino” experience. Please be warned and consider the other sites available, this one does not help if you ever have a payment issue or double charge. I recently signed on with the casino and did not take a bonus because I know bonuses can reduce your winnings substantially. I requested a withdrawal of $599 and sent in my proof documents. I keep getting emails saying they have never received them. I have sent documents 5 times that were never received, and there's no phone number to call them. The live chat automatically says your session has ended before you even type a word. This casino is a scam and should be run out business.

I very much liked the online casino. In total I deposited $2600+. I was put on VIP status and when I made my account Crypto Elite I was promised even better bonuses. I made a withdrawal of $2500 and suddenly all my promotions disappeared. I sent several emails over the next couple days, even to the VIP email they gave me, but had no response. The support on the chat feature assured me I still had promotions and they should show by end of day, still nothing. When I called support number, the lady explained that I would need to make more deposits in order to possibly receive match bonuses in the future. I hadn't even broken even. She also said they just received my emails yesterday and have 48 hours to respond. I did not send all my emails yesterday. Between the poor response, the instant removal of my promotions without notice, and the inaccurate support via chat, I decided to close my account.

Deposited $100 they matched it so I had $200 played slots middle of the road bet. Payout was horrible. Was actively playing for about 20 minutes or so and lost all $200 find a different online casino that actually pays out at a fair percentage. Will not be back here or recommend to anyone.
