To anyone who legitimately won money, sent in their ID documents and has not gotten paid: open a complaint with LCB and AskGamblers (two separate sites) - you will get assistance from them.

My husband won $ on December 26, 2023. He has sent all the requested documents and information twice. He was notified everything was accepted. He was told to wait 15 business days for wire transfer. Today is February 09, 2024. HE STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED ANY MONEY!! He has contacted several agents online that say the money transfer is coming. And duckyluck.ag also said he was no longer able to get bonuses or promotions!

Total scam! My payout was wired on January 9th, and seven different people I chatted with since the 9th confirmed this date. I was told wait 15 business days for the wire to fully process and I did. On the 15th business day a representative I chatted with, named Johnny, said the wire wire some on the 18th and now I needed to wait until February 8th. I’m sure on the 8th they will say the wire was done on the 31st

Scam ! No matter how long you play you can never cash out !

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was extremely disappointed with DuckyLuck and I only joined because of several website reviews giving it 9+ rating. I made a deposit and at the website’s urging to claim promotions, I chose one of the promotions. I went on to win thousands of $ only to find that because of the promotion, I could only withdraw $100. Throughout several days, I won and lost thousands which should have satisfied the promotion. When I found out I could only withdraw $100 to close the promotion, I was left with $.19 balance out of $9,000!

The site is a scam. Look at your withdrawal transactions in your bank account from them. They are all fake companies.

This is one of the worse online casinos you could use. They delay withdraws time after time. The "48 hour" crypto option is a complete lie. It's been over a week and all I get is a "we have to escalate this" response. The first withdraw I did was a wire and that took a MONTH. So I tried a crypto withdraw this time and it's still taking way longer that advertised. AVOID AT ALL COST.
