They cheat. I left $400+ in my account to go play with today and accepted my 25 free spins on their new game (which they offer frequently). Then my account balance was cut in half to $200+ immediately. I contacted them by email to ask about this and so far no response. So I deliberately and quickly played my $200 balance out since I have a hard time believing they would ever let me withdraw and I will not deposit again. It’s unfortunate since I really like some of their games. Grrr!

It is a scam I just got off the phone with a woman that would only give me her first name would not give me any company information so I had no way of contacting this company. It is a scam because they don’t want you to talk to them. They only wanna deal with you on email, they don’t have a phone. They don’t have any customer service and I’m pretty sure it’s illegal in the state of Florida. I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow and the gaming commission. It is unreasonable for somebody to have a conversation with the company and not be given any contact information they don’t want you to know who they are. They just want to take your money. I put $100 into there casino and I played a bonus like a first time bonus but wait till I tell you how much they want you to spend before you can even get your money back , it’s like $13,000 other than that you’re wasting your money cause they won’t give it back to you and they say their rules they don’t list their rules when you sign up. All they do is pop up comes up as is do 500% but they don’t tell you , you never collect it you would spend a fortune and unless you’re a millionaire, this is not the place to go go to a real casino one that has actually honest integrity. This company does not and I’m gonna blow them up. Every chance I get on every platform. I just got off A email exchange and at the end of the email the same minute she sent me a message. I sent her a message. She then sent me a message that said that we haven’t heard from you in a while so we’re gonna close this conversation and I have the proof which I will take to my attorney and the gaming commission in the state of Florida to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people I can live without the hundred dollars it’s the principal I go on cruises I go to Las Vegas. I am always treated like a king I spend a lot of money I have a lot of money , but I was always able to collect this company. You will never be able to collect that money according to them if you take one of their offers, you are gonna have to play through some exorbitant amount of money collect your deposit they’ll tell you that your bonus you spent your hundred dollars even though you’ve got , started out with 600. I’m up to 1100 now they want to spend $13,000 to get my hundred dollars back even though my account is sitting at 1100 Bad Company Bad Company like I said I’ll find out from the gaming commission what my options are and then will proceed from there, but you will hear from me .

If you plan on playing at this online casino I strongly advise you to complete the withdrawal verification prior to making a deposit! They get with the promotions which is just a way to trick you into thinking the site is worth your money, by letting you win big amounts, but you can't withdraw anything until you complete the playthrough, then you just stop winning. Read carefully before doing any promotions. Once I knew how it worked I decided I'd try playing without the promotions..over $600 dollars deposited and won absolutely nothing, including the free spins!! So again the promotions are only a scam to make you think that you will eventually win big! You want!! I'm sorry I even have to give this place ONE star. I had issues a couple months ago getting a withdrawal sent. I was already verified, gave the info for a wire transfer, and a month and half later I was still trying to get my money. They did a reverse withdrawal without my consent and sent an email saying it went through. I ended up requesting and check and two weeks later finally getting that. So I waited a while, deposited today with the knowledge that I would have my 25 free spins if I ran through my bonus. Lo and behold, NO spins, and I'm told I was deemed a "skilled player" (mind you I am not a high roller nor do I win thousands on the small chance I DO win) and that this happened "about an hour ago so we can't give you the promo free spins" They "gave" me a ten dollar free chip with a max cashout of 100 bucks, and I don't do crypto so this is useless.
