I made a deposit of 25 twice and I won $180 it's still pending but I know you have to wait 2-4 business days so I will update my stars if I actually receive my winnings ..Now that I am reading reviews I'm kind of skeptical about this casino...I hope it's not a scam cuz they have great games to play and I will continue to play if I have no withdrawal problems...I will update my comment in a few days..

Following up on my last review. I did finally receive my $250.00, I had won more but the promotion and my deposit only allowed me to cash out $250. Of the $650 I had won. Going forward if I play again I'm not going to use any promotion it limits the money you can cash out, plus you have to reach there bet amount before your able to cash out. Hope that helps.

Be very carful dealing with these people, I have been playing on here for a couple years not winning alot, then the last couple weeks I went on a win all the time. Cashed out, 2000.00, 1500,00, 1400.00, 800.00, 700.00, 450.00. Then they changed my status to a exp player. No more bonus, no cash back from deposits, the winning stopped, then I noticed that one of the places that was getting the deposit money tried to scam my paypal account. Which did not work. You can win off this site but be careful they will try to get money from your paypay account. I closed my account, no more duckyluck for me. I did come out ahead l. The site itself is decent and it has a mix of slots. So they have some that the good casinos have and some of the "B" grade casino slot games as well. Everything has always gone okay with duckyluck casino for me UNTIL..... I tried to make a withdrawal... 1st time was just straight winnings from my deposit, after near 3months & sending them a dozen emails and just waiting I ended up just playing the money and lost it back to them(which I'm sure is the point of the lag on their part smh) then another time I cleared the playthrough on a bonus and was "allowed to withdrawal no more or no less than $100" so I attempted to withdrawal exactly the $100. They said they needed more documents but wouldn't say which ones. I re submitted my documents and even sent extras to be safe. So now it's been a month waiting and I've emailed them 17 more times throughout the month and even sent a couple more documents but still no answer. The casino is cool but if you ever want to withdrawal any winnings... Well good luck with that one!

Some of the support staff are super nice. This is about the only good thing I can really say for my experience with Duckyluck. I requested a withdraw about a month ago now, the documentation for verification was never good enough, after about 10 tries, I believe I got everything sent how they wanted it sent, and btw, sending emails to these people is extremely confusing. When you send an email, you get an email back saying that your email did not go through, you contact support to verify, they say that it had came through. So if you ever have this happen, always contact support/ live chat to verify that your email did in fact go through. And as far as my withdraw goes, I am still waiting. After all the documentation that was sent the way they wanted, I am still waiting. They say after 72 business hours at most, I should hear back about my withdraw. Well it has now been approximately 84hours give or take. I guess there is another good thing I can say, they do have a huge variety of games to play, but after everything I am going through with this withdraw, makes me question if I will ever deposit any money with them.

Edit: changing my review. I just got all promos taken away this shouldn’t happen just because someone gets lucky once. Online you can only control your bet size Being flagged as a “skilled player” is a total joke. You can only advantage play on real life slots only.
