It's seriously irritating bruhhh like i get replies to all the mails and i just can't deal like it's been 40 days almost

I am extremely disappointed with this seller. It has been over 45 days since I placed my order, and it still has not been delivered. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no proper update, resolution, or accountability. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to wait this long without clear communication. The delay has caused unnecessary inconvenience, and the overall experience has been frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this seller unless they are prepared for excessive delays and poor customer service. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.

I had a very disappointing experience with this order. The products I received were completely different from what was shown and described on the website. I ordered a 3D photo print on a perfume bottle, but received a printed paper pasted onto the surface instead. The perfume/product also appeared to be expired, with 12/2023 mentioned on the bottle. I had specifically ordered handmade/homemade milk chocolates, but instead received Amul chocolates, which was not what I ordered and is something anyone can easily purchase themselves. The delivery experience was equally disappointing. I paid an additional ₹200 for express delivery, as this was intended to be a birthday gift. However, I received the order only after 20 days of placing it and after multiple email conversations. When I asked for a refund of the express delivery charges due to the delay, I was told that a special surprise gift had been added to compensate for the delay. However, I did not receive any such gift. This was extremely disappointing and felt like I was simply being given excuses instead of a genuine resolution. Overall, the products were not as advertised, the delivery was significantly delayed, and the overall experience did not justify the price paid. I had even considered placing another order for my wedding anniversary, but after this experience, I have completely lost confidence in the service. Another concern is that there is no clear option on their website to submit a review or feedback. The website currently shows 97 reviews, all with 5-star ratings, which gave me the impression that the service was highly reliable and i ordered. Based on my experience, however, that was certainly not the case. I later came across several negative reviews about the company on Trustpilot and MouthShut, which raised further concerns about the reliability of the reviews displayed on their own website. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Frauds. Don’t order from them and save your time and money

Says will deliver withing 15 days. But took more than a month. Didn’t receive the book on the special day. Doesn’t involve us in the creative process. No first drafts and the animation looks nothing like us. If you want to surprise your special one. Don’t order from here. Cause they don’t deliver on time and they don’t even have the courtesy to give you a reply.

Horrible service. Great idea but poor execution and zero accountability and getting a response from them is like winning a lottery

Very very very bad customer service. I was charged 199 for express delivery ( within 3-5 days), I got my delivery today 15 days after I placed my order. I had also asked for change of address after they couldn't deliver in 5 days because I had to move in the same city. The morons still got delivered on my old address.

no personalizations at all, they didnt even communicate properly, they just made book and didn't even ask for discuss progress, changes, totally waste of money, characters are not even look like me
