scales- best services

Matt D, did a great job addressing the small issue in a timely manner, that I was having with my account. Also good to have prompt consumer service when you need it.

Respond well to any concerns, easy to use great access A+++

I had entered conflicting data between my laptop and my phone. So I was unable to access one of my cappers on my desktop. I had spent a lot of time trying to sort this out without success. I then submitted a request for help. Matt Dudek from DubClub took on the challenge and patiently walked through the process of correcting my mistakes. Well done Matt, everything is a go now. The experience was quite rewarding.

The customer service was excellent. The rep was knowledgeable and handled my issue in a matter of mins.
