Return shipping is only covered when an incorrect item is shipped, which was not the case here. The part delivered matches the manufacturer’s specifications and the part number ordered.

The product image used is the manufacturer-supplied image for that part number. At that time, you were also confused about which company the order was placed with, which we clarified immediately once the order number was provided. We also mentioned to you multiple times that your card was never charged and you dont have to wait for a refund. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Within one hour, our team responded with clear instructions on how to initiate a return directly through our website — a process that takes just a few minutes. After that message, no reply, no return request, and no follow-up were ever made until nearly a month later, on the final day of the return window. Our email and call logs confirm that there were no additional attempts to contact us during that time. Today, the customer called multiple times within a few minutes while we were assisting other callers, and we responded shortly after by text to address the concern again. It’s disappointing to see a review that misrepresents the facts. We expect the same honesty from customers that we demonstrate every day. We responded promptly, provided clear instructions, and followed our return policy exactly as stated. It’s fascinating that you claim we sent you the wrong item. The reality is: 1. You ordered an OEM Freightliner drain valve. 2. We shipped you exactly that, within the normal UPS Ground delivery window. Later, you admitted in writing: “When I ordered the drain valve I assumed it would come with the cable attached.” So the problem wasn’t that we sent the wrong part — it’s that you assumed it came with something it never has, and that was never advertised. We take pride in providing genuine OEM Freightliner parts and timely service to thousands of customers who appreciate accuracy and honesty. If your way of doing business involves making false claims and leaving misleading reviews, then you are right — we’re not the right company for you, and we don’t want your business.

We explained to you that the muffler you ordered was special ordered for you and per our policy all special orders are not returnable.
