Great Service and the onboard training was clear and easy to follow up on.

My experience was excellent, I realized I had ordered the wrong item within a few minutes of placing my order. I contacted them and they were able to cancel my order and place my order with the correct item. Immediately gave me credit to my account.

Steve has been very helpful. I just wish DTGPro would update their tracking information more quickly instead of me having to reach out to them.

Products and customer service are excellent! Definitely recommend!

Very easy to communicate with and helped through the entire process. Quick response and customized my order. I recommend his services.

Steve is very good at customer satisfaction. DTG you have a good one. He was prompt to answer all the questions that i had. Even when i forgot a question and went back was very patient with me and gave an answer to all the things that i had. Thank you Steve

Patrick was amazing in answering all my question and trust me I had a lot to ask. We are a new business using DTF. We was needing software and he pointed us in the right direction. Thank again Patrick.

Patrick our sales rep is Amazing he is always kind and provides us with excellent customer service. If the have a new product he always ask if we would like to try it, but he is not pushy if I tell him no. We use the DTF ink for Epson print heads and it is a great product. We also use the premium adhesive powder and it works great. I would recomend this company for your DTF printing needs,
