Got back to me very quickly with an answer.

great knowlege

I have been purchasing DTF products from this company for over a year now and have always been able to reach someone with any questions or concerns. Steve assisted me with my last issue related to a missing item in my shipment and he was extremely helpful. I know that this company will always address concerns fairly and honestly. This is the only company I purchase from and know that they will address any and all concerns. I have tried ordering items from other companies and always end up coming back here because of the quality and reliability of their products. It is difficult to find a trustworthy company but this is definitely one of the best. Thank you!

Great customer service, during the process of ordering I was helped by Patrick and he made everything simple and smooth. Made it easy and quick.

I had an issue with a coupon code, Steve was very quick to resolve my issue. Thank You!

Steve was very helpful and patient while answering all of my questions. You just don't find customer service like this anymore. I have talked with multiple companies trying to make a decision on a printer and Steve has sold me on them. Can't wait to complete my order and get to work. Thanks Steve!

I was in desperate need of assistance, as my printer is down, and Steve was SO helpful and friendly! Thank you, Steve!!

David Smith helped me very quickly and easily to finish my purchase
