Do not recommend, Ron seemed nice to deal with, but after waiting 4 months and my package arrived in the correct box only- Boot size and style wrong, it was disappointing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I’ve tried twice to reach out, they’ve completely ignored me. Save you money and time, I’ve lost both.

Not a great company. Kind of sketch! I ordered a pair of brown shoes. They charged my credit card and then days later tell me the shoe is not in stock. They send me the email below telling me when they are getting the black shoes in but not a clue when the brown ones will be in. Could be a few months, but they already have my money. Several emails and "Ron" is insisting it says when the brown shoes will be available. "Thank you for your order for Dalton Brown 13 4E. Our inventory system showed one pair left, but we just checked our master list, and that one pair was sold two days ago. At the end of Feb, another container will come in with the Black 13 4E for our warehouses. There is 32 pairs in the Black 13 4E Dalton, coming in on this container but 25 has been pre sold with our back order system. If you want to leave the order open, we will put your name in the "back order file," when it is back in stock, it will be automatically pulled and shipped to you. All Back Orders are filled first when the container comes in."

Dear Mr. Cole, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the frustration with your order. While our inventory system initially showed the brown Dalton shoes in stock, this was unfortunately incorrect due to a recent sale. I understand this is disappointing. We aim for full transparency, which is why we notified you of the stock issue and offered the back-order option. Your credit card was refunded 100% since you declined the back-order. We're working to improve our inventory tracking system to prevent such incidents. If you'd like to try ordering with us again, I'd be happy to personally oversee your order and ensure you receive priority notification when your preferred style becomes available.

Thank you for your feedback. We take accessibility seriously and regret any frustration with your order timeline. Our special-order shoes are indeed handcrafted, requiring extended production time, particularly around Chinese New Year when the factories are closed for 30-days. While we strive to communicate these timelines clearly on our product page, ordering page and follow-up emails, we understand this delay was challenging.

WARNING Horrible experience. They sent me a different size shoe than what was shown in their order confirmation. Ron the owner refused to take care of shipping cost to return them. They were not touched or opened, and it was THEIR mistake. They said they won't refund my credit card unless I send them back PRIORITY at my expense. Don't order from them. I found another website that provides the same shoes with better service at a lower price.

WARNING Horrible experience, Ron the owner tried to sell me shoes 1/2 size too big and 2 sizes too narrow because they didn't have the size I ordered and even though I refused them, he sent them anyway! Then he refused to take care of shipping cost to return them. They were not touched or opened, and it was THEIR mistake. They said they won't refund my credit card unless I send them back PRIORITY on MY Dime! Don't order from them. The owner of the company, named Ron, would not take responsibility for his mistake! Just don't order anything from this company!

I'm genuinely sorry to hear about your experience with our service. We always strive to provide top-notch customer service, and it appears we've fallen short in your case. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I'd like to clarify the misunderstanding regarding the return shipping. Our policy, stated clearly on our website, indicates that we do not have call tags for returns. However, we did offer to reimburse you for the shipping costs upon receipt of the returned shoes, in acknowledgment of our mistake of shipping them to you in the first place. At DT Footwear, we're committed to making things right for our customers. I assure you that we're taking necessary steps to prevent such errors in the future. I'd like to personally resolve this issue with you. Could you please reach out to me by phone or email so we can discuss this further? Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future. Sincerely, Ron, Owner of DT Footwear

You confirmed an order and debited my account for a product you do not have in stock. However it was advertised as being available. I am waiting to be refunded. I can amend my rating when I receive a full refund for the product and shipping cost. UPDATE: Thank you for your prompt and courteous response. I appreciate the quick and efficient refund for an ordered product that was not available.

I'm sorry for the mix-up. It looks like you've already got your refund, and I hope that helps mend things a bit. I know we dropped the ball here, and I'm really thankful you've been patient with us. If there's anything else you need or if you have any more feedback, just let me know. We'd love to have you back sometime, and we'll do our best to make sure it's a better experience next time around. Thanks you, Ron.

I have never seen such a negative, rude, non-listening and unhelpful business. I sent a great deal of information on my feet for their customization / modification. Basically the reply was that with all of my foot issues, I should get custom shoes. I wrote back and asked for the main specific things and he declined. He gave me the name of something else. I asked what that was, and he replied "Google it", Zero friendliness. Zero attempt to be helpful. Zero willingness to listen and to produce something that could be helpful. Update: Yesterday, I replied to the reply from the business, indicating a willingness to work it out, and I asked again for the information. I have not heard back and will see what happens. He never wrote back, never tried to be helpful.

I'm truly sorry to read about your experience, and I want to assure you that it's not reflective of how we aim to treat our customers. While we understood that the customization you needed was beyond our capabilities, we fell short in communicating that in a respectful and helpful way. Your frustration is valid, and I apologize for how this was handled. Our intention in recommending "Hanger" was to direct you to a specialist who could meet your specific needs, but we should have provided more information about them and explained our limitations more clearly. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and I would be more than happy to discuss this further if you'd like to reach out. Again, I'm deeply sorry for letting you down, and I hope we can find a way to make this right.
