I just received an order from you all with some damage designs. this is the first time I had an issue, but it is a very detail design. all my other orders have been awesome. I have used the competitor but I will not mention the company because I am like a ninja. Twice the competitor screwed my order and delivery. I rather be a ghost than a ninja,

Always great quality and fast shipping! I’ve been ordering them for a while now and only ever had an issue once. They had fast customer service and reimbursed me for that issue, as well. So customer service is top notch, as well. I order from the US, so the only thing I hate is the super high shipping costs. But that’s no fault of theirs, I guess. This is the only company I ever order my DTF prints from, now. :)

Hi Miranda, Thank you for such a thoughtful review and for trusting us with your prints over the long run. We’re happy to know you value both our quality and our customer service — that means a lot to our team. We understand the challenge with international shipping costs, and we’re always looking for ways to make it more affordable. Your continued support truly keeps the Ghost spirit alive. 👻
