Failing to refund me after contradicting themselves. Resolved Now.
I clearly stated on my order form, if the item did not fit onto my product, not to send it. they sent it without testing. I was told not a problem, they would refund and no need to send back (to china). 3 weeks later i am being told they will not refund unless i send back under my wallet(postage is more than the product). Not impressed and would not suggest to anyone. Poor service. Once posting this poor review I have attained there full attention and been contacted by the manager. He has apologized for a screw up on their staffs behalf and i have now received a full refund. Still not hugely impressed that i had to spend a lot of my time getting to this stage to then be offered 10% discount on my next purchase....A bit more training required.
