I’ve had the chance to spend time with Deidre through our investor community, and what stands out most about her is her integrity and the way she consistently shows up to support others. She brings thoughtful insights to our calls and genuinely wants to see people grow. She’s also deeply passionate about helping business owners scale their companies so they can create the freedom to step away from their W2. You can really feel that passion when she talks about the impact she wants to make. Anyone who works with Deidre will quickly see that she’s thoughtful, strategic, and truly committed to helping others succeed.

Deirdre has a gift for seeing the potential in a project before it’s even fully formed. Over the last two years, her mentorship has been instrumental in helping me find my voice and build my brand. She doesn't just tell you what you want to hear; she is honest, measured, and realistic, helping you navigate 'blurred lines' with total clarity. If you're looking for someone who is as invested in your success as you are, look no further.

If you have the opportunity to work with Sommerkamp Consulting, take it. Deirdre is truly an incredible leader. She is highly educated, deeply knowledgeable, and always thoughtful in her approach to problem-solving and strategy. I have nothing but good things to say about her work ethic and the way she supports the people around her. An absolute powerhouse to have in your corner!

Deirdre is one of the most incredible leaders I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with. She always brings a thoughtful and strategic perspective to her work. She consistently asks the right questions early on, focuses on what truly matters, and approaches decisions with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility. She will make you think outside the box and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo! Her calm and deliberate leadership style makes her a very trusted voice when important decisions need to be made. She is also exceptionally skilled at making decisions through a balance of metrics and data plus relying on her own gut. And the best at finding the right solutions while building and maintaining long term relationships.

Deidre is by far one of the best people to know for clarity, systems, alignment, growth and anything with business's. She is a powerhouse and will exceed expectations and be that secret sauce that helps create momentum and stabilization that you can trust. Call her for an introduction.

Dierdre was truly divinely placed in my path last October at a time when I was seeking clarity regarding a potential business acquisition. Her depth of knowledge in this area is unmistakable, and she has a remarkable ability to articulate complex matters with both precision and ease. Beyond her professional expertise, what stands out most is her character. Dierdre carries herself with genuine kindness, generosity, and integrity. I am deeply grateful for her guidance and the clarity she brought during such an important decision-making process. She is someone I trust wholeheartedly and hold in the highest regard. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will quickly recognize both her exceptional expertise and the sincerity she brings to every interaction.

In the past year, watching Deirdre build her impressive portfolio has been incredibly inspiring. The leadership she brings in creating opportunities for others while building something meaningful truly stands out. As someone who has spent years in a W-2 leadership role and is now working toward transitioning full-time into entrepreneurship myself, I have a deep respect for what she has accomplished and continues to create for others. Deirdre brings the highest level of professionalism — integrity, honesty, and clarity — along with a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. Leaders like her don’t just build businesses; they create pathways for others to grow.

I have gotten to know Deirdre over the last couple of years and she is an incredible business mind. Not only does she have exceptional insights and vision for business alignment and growth, she is kind. The combination of those qualities makes her someone I recommend people connect with and have done so a couple of times just in the last 30 days.
