This company has no interest in good customer service. Can't comment on the product because it never showed up and they didn't seem to care.

Ordered once and accidentally subscribed to bimonthly payments, very hard to identify what I had subscribed to as there was no reference in the payment - have emailed to cancel subscription though feel I may need to cancel my card if no correspondence is forthcoming

Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo, by mistake I ordered conditioner. 5 minutes after the order I emailed them and explained asking them to change my order, I heard nothing back, tried again 2 hours later, nothing, next day, nothing, tried phoning and again no response. At this point I thought their website was a scam. Product arrived, which was obviously conditioner, huge box, no invoice, no returns note…absolutely terrible customer service. Just order through Amazon, it’s much easier.

So about a year ago I tried there nanoxidil product. Unfortunately it didn't work for me I went to cancel the subscription but was unable to. I was not able to contact them to cancel the subscription either So what I did was pushed back my subscription to be sent out in 2026 (when my credit card would expire)! Now I realized I've been being charged $20 by DS laboratories starting July. So they've charged me a total of 60 dollars from july-august-september. I go to my account to confirm that I changed my subscription date. I see two subscriptions under my account! One for 2026 and one starting July! Either a human or their system fraudulently sighned me up for this subscription! I'm currently refuting the charges with my bank. I will be reviewing them through all options until they reach back out to me (tried to contact them again) to refund my money and cancel all future subscriptions! Tldr: product didn't work. Previously was Impossible to cancel subscription. Now accurring fraudulent charges.

I order from here almost two months ago. My item still haven’t arrived. They said it was because of DPD, but I contacted them and they said that DSLaboraties who had to get in contact with them, so my package has just been sitting there!! I emailed them around 10 times, I had one reply to my first email but nothing since then, terrible customer service. I emailed asking for a solution or a refund, and this was about a month ago. DEFINITELY DON’T BUY FROM HERE!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I never received the product after months and months of waiting, every time I complained they wouldn’t reply for ages and then say they have sent another one to me which never materialised. Absolutely awful. Have finally given up and asked for a refund. Not worth the time and effort!!!!

Product doesn’t work. I reached out multiple times regarding the results and I received the same response it typically takes 90 days. 5 months later nothing has improved. Definitely don’t recommend.

Exactly the same issue as the last review. Paid, no product delivered nor any requests for updates. Contacted the courier DPD who say they have not received the shipment from the sender. That's about a month since ordering . Thank goodness for credit cards as will be going for a charge back. Have used this product after purchasing from a 3rd party retailer and its very good. I think DS Labs should stick to making the product and let others sell it on their behalf Please don't waste your time in ordering from them directly
