They stripped the main ingredient—ketakonozol—from UK shampoos without telling anyone. This scam has meant many people have been using their product unaware it has not the main ingredient to stop male hair loss.. When they have have switched to a non-scam product. Company deserve to compensate all UK customers for this unfair scam which is still going on.

I placed an order and chose the 2-3 day delivery option in order for it to arrive before i leave the country. I checked the UPS website and they had it scheduled for later than the promised date. Not the end of the world, but since then ive been trying to get in touch with the support team at DS Labs and they have been unresponsive. Their phone number doesnt work either. Bad customer service overall, i will be cancelling my subscription.

Really poor customer service. They couldn't fulfil my order, and it took 4 emails to finally get to the point where they offered a refund. We will see how long it takes, but this is really not serious. Logistic issues happen, but not answering your customers on time is a sign of a poor business.

I bought the products to be delivered in Brazil about 3 times. One day, I bought again, and they emailed me saying they wouldn't deliver here anymore. I sent multiple emails and tried the chat many times, but no one answered. My money (over 300 USD) was not returned, and they didn't answer me at all. This was all about 2 months ago, and nothing yet. I started a dispute in Paypal, and I'm trying other ways to fix the problem. My advice: do not trust this company. They don't have proper customer support and won't answer if you have problems.

Hair regrowth and thickening product DOES NOT work. Lost hair consistently over the 3 months of use. Hair is considerably thinner now due to it.

DO NOT use this company. What a scam and a money maker. I have reported this company to the BBB of Miami, and I have filed a complaint with FTC. They have no desire to stop sending me emails. I have received 9 mails in three weeks. Unless you do not mind getting emails, then continue with this unscrupulous company.

Unfortunately, I have been using 5 of their products as they described exactly for a whole year without any benefits. I even contacted their customers service, they are so rude. I wasted $700 plus one year. Totally don’t trust them. They are overpriced and bad products. Be aware please
