My brother has been in the home building and roofing business for over thirty years. Regional sales and marketing manager in Florida . The best inspection report he has ever seen.
The professionalism and attention to detail was thru the roof. This was money well spent and allowed my wife and I to make an informed decision based on fact and expertise. Would highly recommend this service to all home buyers. Always, get your own inspector.

Outstanding Home Inspection – Highly Recommend DS Home Inspection Services
DS Home Inspection Services delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The inspector was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough, taking the time to explain findings in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and expertise.
The inspection itself was incredibly detailed. They identified both major and minor issues, explained the potential impact, and offered practical recommendations, not scare tactics. The final report was well-organized, easy to read, and included clear photos and explanations that were invaluable for decision making.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to integrity. It was obvious they genuinely care about protecting their clients and ensuring no surprises after closing.

Amazing Services from DS Home Inspection Services
We recently had the pleasure of working with DS Home Inspection Services LLC, and we cannot recommend them enough! Specifically, Ditanyan Sye provided an incredibly thorough inspection for my new construction home. His attention to detail was remarkable, and his vast knowledge of both residential and new-construction inspection processes truly set him apart.
Mr. Sye took the time to explain each step of his process, from the initial walkthrough to the final report, making sure that we fully understood everything. He went beyond just checking off a list of items; he actively identified potential issues that could affect the long-term integrity of the home, such as areas where builders sometimes overlook small but critical details—like flashing tape around windows and other touch-up elements.
His deep understanding of how homes are built and his insight into common builder practices gave me the confidence that no stone was left unturned. His recommendations were clear, practical, and demonstrated his dedication to ensuring the property is both safe and in optimal condition.
If you’re looking for a home inspection service that combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine care, Ditanyan and DS Home Inspection Services are the clear choice, bar none. Mr. Sye has been featured in over 200 publications and awarded "Best Comprehensive Home Inspection Services in Maryland and Virginia of 2024", credentials (Certified Master Inspector - CMI) are active and searchable, and would highly recommend his services.

Thank you so much Dontre for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you on your new construction home inspection.
We're thrilled to hear that Ditanyan provided the thorough, comprehensive service that we strive to deliver with every inspection. Your recognition of his attention to detail—especially regarding those critical elements like flashing tape and builder oversights—means a great deal to us. These "small" details can make a significant difference in a home's long-term performance, and it's exactly why we take the time to explain our process every step of the way.
We're particularly glad you found value in the Foundation Elevation Inspection add-on. You're absolutely right that establishing that baseline for new construction can be invaluable for future warranty claims and gives homeowners important documentation and peace of mind.
Your confidence in our services and your willingness to recommend us to others is the highest compliment we could receive. We're committed to continuing to provide this level of expertise, professionalism, and genuine care to every client.
Thank you again for choosing DS Home Inspection Services, and congratulations on your new home!

Short Notice - Very Impressed
Luckily, I was able to book DS Home Inspection Services, LLC on very short notice due to the builder. Although it was short notice I did receive a prompt response and communication about a Pre-Drywall Inspection. Communication involving what to inspect, notification of arrival to the site and notification once the inspection was over. Regarding the inspection, the inspector Ditanyan was extremely thorough in his inspection finding items of missing window flashing and a framing member that was not secured. This led to discussions with the builder and saved me money down the line. Very experienced, knowledgable and professional. I appreciate the items that were discovered and will be using his services in the future for the pre-settlement inspection.
