My watch is brand new. It stopped taking a charger recently. Don't want my money back, just need a new charger. On the back where you charge it is a smaller connection then the one that was given to me. Hopefully you could send me two different types. I would gladly pay for them

This watch is a giant piece of crap. Won't charge won't turn on plastic piece of garbage. They've taken your money and won't give it back. Such Bullshit!!!!! It was a Christmas Gift in 2025. My girl tried to return it for an exchange. They said send it back.you won't get a refund or a replacement. The worst part is is they are still out there trying to sell this crap, and no one has stopped them or even remotely tried to sue them as far as I know. If there are people out there who agree we should all report them to the BBB. Maybe even get a class action.

I ordered a replacement watch band . I took 3 month to process. Then the order never arrived. They don’t respond to emails and there is no contact number. Watch was not too bad. But customer service terrible.

DO NOT BUY THESE WATCHES I they are built like shit. Can't get them wet Watch band broke after 6 months of use . I've purchased the 3 pack watch band replacements. Bought paid for and never delivered. Tried several time to make contact to Drystrike they've not replied . I've requested tracking updates to no avail. Stay the hell away from this company. They are not a United States of America company as they lead you to believe. Cheap nasty Chinese Crap. DO NOT BUY THIESE WATCHES. Ps. You can buy the exact same watch from Temu for $15 Australian Dollars its even called the Attack Gt I paid $139 Australian Dollars for the same watch from Drystrike. Again save you money . Cheap and Nasty Chinese Shit !!
