This was one of the most unprofessional services I have ever “tried” to use. You fill out a quick little something as you’re scheduling your appt. it asks what is your condition and what meds you need name number ect. So I did that! Easy peasy Then I get a call from an unknown number 6 min after the 10:15am appt. it’s from a guy That I could barely understand but he basically said that Dr Gober wouldn’t do the appt cause she couldn’t prescribe the medicine I wrote since an in person visit would be necessary. Ummmmm first of all- I had a one word response to my condition since it wasn’t listed and I put in a medicine that I googled. I am not a doctor! I explained this to him and stated I would still like to have the appt since I could properly explain my symptoms over a phone call. We got off the phone as he said he would relay the question. 3 minutes later I get a phone call from an unknown number- I answer to find a different gentleman that is explaining to me that Dr Gober will not do the appt since she can’t prescribe me the medicine I listed... ummmmm I said sir I literally just got this SAME phone call from someone a couple minutes ago. He was like oh sorry I’ll check with the staff. Okay..... Then I get another unknown call 4 minutes later and it’s the same gentleman from the 1st phone call stating she still refused to take the appt since what I wrote in that first initial intake sheet. I said really?! I’m not a doctor SHE is, she is refusing to have an appt so I can explain everything and he said yes but I can get you a second opinion. I was like are you kidding me?! I ended up using another virtual doctor an hour later and turns out I had a yeast infection and I was prescribed medicine and I picked it up the whole thing took me 55 min. The fact this woman wouldn’t even get on the phone and listen to a patient is completely unprofessional and rude. I am telling everyone that DrSays is a sham and unorganized and to never deal with Dr Gober as she is completely useless. Good luck!

Talked to Shamine Sattar Saturday for what could be UTI she called in antibiotic but had to go to ER late that night. Was kidney stone ,i took the antibiotic and broke out in hives really bad, sent her messages to let her know and its been 4 days today and she has yet to contact me, had to go to another DR for help .Hives can be life threatening and she should have followed up per my messages

Last week I signed up because I had a fever and started to notice I might have cellulitis and it barely started so not noticeable but can feel the pain and I had it before so I needed antibiotics. When the doctor called he said my hands look fine and it’s impossible that cellulitis to be more than one limb. Argued with him for a couple min thence told me to call back when it’s swollen or worse. 2 days later all my limbs were swollen and went to ER and reports came back to be CELLULITIS.it all could have been avoided if he prescribed the antibiotics!!!! So pretty sure some doctors on here is very unprofessional and very inexperienced!!

Horrible experience. Dr did not listen and then decided to lecture me on antibiotics usage. She did prescribe me antibiotics but post dated the prescription 3 days. Why? Because she doesn't trust her patients. Why post date a prescription? I'm going to pick it up anyways. Get my point? Very uncaring. Now I get to suffer another 3 days possibly longer because I WORK, I only had today to pick them up.

This was unpleasant. Dr. Maze seemed thoroughly irritated from the minute she called, she was unprepared, and had not read what I had described in the symptoms. When I asked he about the medication she was going to give me, she told me I could just choose not to take it instead of responding to my legitimate concern. I would only recommend this if your other option is no healthcare at all. Be prepared to feel unwelcome.

I have had acute stomach pain and blood in my stool. I used Dr Says and the only thing good was I received a phone call ten minutes after setting an appointment. The doctor I spoke with verified I did need a doctors note and asked if there was anything else she could do. I said yes, I would like some type of discussion/insight regarding my problem. She rudely replied to go see a doctor and when I probed further that I will probably need lab work done. This was without a doubt poor etiquette with a client and a waste of my money.
