It tasted too much carbonation in it or something on this 12 pack 24 pack here I got I love Dr Pepper always have only drink I will enjoy this kind of things a little bit a little on your throat when you drinking it

its a very pricey drink for people looking for something affordable compared to some competitors and I would rather buy something more affordable

Love the drink itself, but the plastic rings that hold the bottled 6-packs together are worthless. The drinks will simply fall out of the holder. You guys have gone cheap.

I have to begin by saying that I love Diet Dr. Pepper. I typically drink a 12 oz can every day with my lunch when I eat at home. I like the flavor and enjoy the extra fizz. My only issue is with the customer service. I can't really say that it's bad because it doesn't exist. We buy a 12 pack every 2 weeks or so at our local grocery/produce store. For the past few months more than half of the cans are apparently over filled. When you pop the top the soda sprays all over and then the top of the can fills up with liquid. This is obviously due to the CO2 carbonation bubbles expanding when the pressure is released by opening the can. This takes up room in the can and displaces the liquid out of the space. This is simply poor quality control in the process that can be easily corrected at the bottling plant. I wrote to Dr. Pepper and got a response asking for dates and production codes which I supplied in the initial communication. I sent photos of the markings stamped on a can but heard nothing back. A couple of weeks later I inquired about a status and was asked for the same information. I sent photos again and got nothing. A few weeks later I replied yet again stating my surprise at the company's lack of communication - nada. I'm not looking for a free product voucher or even a coupon but just an acknowledgment that they just care a little bit about their customers. I will continue to enjoy the product and I guess just put up with the mess.
