I will not recommend this for someone new to e-commerce business.

The price is very reasonable, but when the website / e-commerce store is built, they will tell you to pay $700-$2,000 to train you on how to order items, upload products, etc. and even they will not answer questions unless you sign up for the training.

So please share your genuine concern directly with us by simply replying to any email you have received from us better if you reply to the order confirmation or delivery email. Your every interaction with us is automatically saved (chat & email, we do not offer phone support) and immediately assigned a Ticket # which can be pulled and reviewed for any lapse in service on our part in a very rare possibility. We take service very seriously and track every customer service incident and do a periodical review in a very standardized process in order to further improve our service.
