questionable protection
My Iphone 13 ProMax had a dropguys case on, and it dropped from a desk (<1m high). The back of the phone completely cracked but the case is okay though. Dropguys agreed to give me the refund for the case but cannot compensate for the damage because they are not an insurance company or something. Now I have to buy a new phone. Thanks Dropguys!
