This is so much better of a protective case I have ever had. I’m a carbon fiber guy who spent 21 years in the military with Kevlar protecting my head. Now it’s protecting my phone. What a great product. Thank you guys!!!

This product has saved my iPhone glass twice so I will not use my iPhone without it. It is easy to install, sturdy and very clear like glass. And, I know it works.

Phenomenal product. Looks cool and gets the job done. So far no dings at all on my new iPhone 15. Thank you Dropguys!

The product itself appears to be very high quality and was easy to install but the real thing that had me excited is the protection plan and guarantee. I was also very impressed by the customer service provided. I realized after it arrived that I had accidentally ordered the pro max case instead of the pro case and the customer service representative (April) was very responsive and helpful. I had a new case shipped to me right away and was given clear instructions on how to return the prior one. It was very helpful and smooth! I have already recommended several people to this company and product and will gladly continue to do so!

Dropped my IPhone 14 Pro flat onto pavement from about 4 feet up. Just KNEW the camera lenses were shattered to pieces, but when I checked it, the only thing that shattered was my drop guys lens protector. The camera lenses didn’t have a scratch on them. I immediately ordered another screen protector! Thank you, DropGuys, for saving me from myself!

No customer service and the cases won't last more than 10 months. We purchased the iPhone 13 Case Ultra Slim with Magsafe charging. The phone stopped charging. I removed the phone from the case to test the charging to ensure it wasn't the phone. When I removed the phone, part of the MagSafe charging pattern fell off, causing it to fail. The phone has been installed in the case and only removed twice. Somehow, this is normal wear and tear, according to a Dropguys customer service agent and isn't covered. In my experience, the cases won't last more than 10 months. UPDATE: Dropguys were monitoring their reviews and they reached out to me directly. They were very responsive and didn’t take lightly how the original support request was handled. They made it right. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 based on their recovery efforts to exchange the defective case.

Awesome phone case and excellent service

Had my phone case for a few months now, with plenty of drops. There was no damage to the phone. The lens protector did crack, Dropguys offered to replace it at a discounted price, since the lens protector is not covered.
