I ordered an iPhone case with a free screen protector. They sent me the email before I purchased the iPhone case. I never received the screen protector. The rep told me the website showed they were out. I didn’t look at the screen protectors cause the email said it would be shipped with the case I ordered. It’s nearly a month after I place the order for the phone case and screen protector, and I still don’t have the screen protector. Seems like another dishonest business, and the representative has tried to make it seem like I should have known. I do like the phone case.

Drop guys is total trash and the warranty is a complete fraud. I dropped the phone 27” and the back of my iPhone 13 Pro Max shattered into a million pieces. After back and forth with these clowns and pictures, etc, they finally said that the case was beyond the warranty of 1 year. The warranty was supposed to be lifetime, and then I read somewhere it was 2 years and now they tell me 1 year and it’s out of warranty. Don’t waste your money. 5-below cases held up better and for only $5.00. In fact, I had a 5 below screen protector on the phone and the front was unscathed. This company is a fake and a fraud.

Ordered 10/18. They in writing yesterday said it was out for delivery. Not delivered, contacted their carrier, UniUni. On hold 45’minutes, when Carlos finally spoke to me, they don’t have the shipment, no shipment has been made as of today. DropGuys customer service is non existent, their carrier UniUni is no better. No way to contact DropGuys except to email, they reply in 48 hours and they lie. I have gone back to PayPal and have requested a refund. Stay tuned. Customer services and logistics are a disaster. Don’t buy from DropGuys! You will be sorry!

Their shipping methods is the absolute worst I have ever seen. It took 2 weeks to get a simple screen cover from the same state!!!! I’ve told them why can’t they use a real company like everyone else. For the same money just go to Best Buy and get the same crap. Just horrible service.

The tracking number they provided was bogus, kept saying label was created but the carrier hadn’t received the item. I messaged Dropguys to try to get an eta, nothing. I had to buy a case locally, since I had no idea when or if theirs would show up. The case finally did arrive, but it was nothing like I expected from the website description. It was just a cheap silicone case; the $9.99 case I bought locally was better than their $72 case. Also, I was supposed to receive a free screen protector and a camera lens protector, which I paid for. I did not get either of those. I am returning the case, but I paid $91.99 and they are only refunding me $65. $6.99 they keep for “handling”, which is not stated in the return policy. I have yet to receive an answer why I am not being refunded for the item I did not receive. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with this lousy company. You will be disappointed in both the quality of their items and customer service.

Ordered 3 weeks ago piggy ship Supposedly has tried to deliver. No record or contact received. “Piggyship is fly by night at best avoid doing business with them and any company that uses them F rating from BBB No contact numbers for eithe piggy ship or drop guys stay away from both

I ordered iphone case. The website says it will be delivered in 3-5 days. After over a week, I received a strap. I never order that. I contacted them thru email and they claimed there is another delivery and they had just sent it. They then gave me a tracking number. I can't wait so long and told them to cancel my order. Now they want to charge for restocking fees if I return. Don't buy from them

Do not purchase from this company! This company does not have a phone number listed on their website and for good reason. They offer zero customer support. I still have yet to receive my phone case that I ordered and it’s been almost 3 weeks. I only received the free screen protector, they were offering for purchasing the case. The company is not responsive to messages and the site is not user-friendly to access your order information.
