TOP NOTCH PRODUCT...with customer service to match
First of all, the products are awesome. I had initially purchased another brand to protect the screen of my new iPhone 16 Pro, and both the front and rear protectors had to be replaced TWICE within the span of a week or so. On the advice of my GF, who had a great experience with Dropguys' products, I purchased their protectors for both the front screen and camera lens group. Before I could try the screen protectors out...I realized I had ordered the wrong size...the Pro Max!!! I was prepared for a lengthy process to correct MY ERROR..at who knows what expense, shipping the old product back and shipping the replacements to me. Boy, was I wrong! The process could not have been easier. Visited my order on the website, clicked RETURN PRODUCT, and immediately got a PREPAID shipping label with instructions to hand it to a postal employee after packing it up. It was only later, when I received the replacement protectors in JUST A FEW DAYS!!!!, that I realized that they just wanted to know when the package was turned in to usps, so they could ship my replacements as soon as I shipped out the product I ordered INCORRECTLY! It's been a few weeks, and more than a few drops since, and I am totally pleased with the quality of the product...and can't say enough about the customer service. The Dropguys, are my screen protector guys, going forward!
