It’s a straightforward process from ordering to receiving. I ordered a case for myself about a year ago, and now my husband and my daughter both have one too. We also ordered the screen protector and the camera lens protector.

My original order was lost or stolen during shipping. I contacted the customer service department and they jumped on it immediately, confirming that the package was missing and was unlikely to be delivered, and sent a replacement shipment that day. I would definitely use Dropguys again! The phone case feels very secure, totally envelopes all sides and bottom of case and is very easy to grip. I love the camera protector, I've never seen those offered before but it makes cleaning and protecting the camera so easy

Chose their product in part due to their return policy and glowing customer service reviews, and I'd say they are better than advertised. Selected the wrong size of phone case and screen protector and they responded next day (on a Sunday no less) and since then, they've been prompt, friendly, helpful and very clear in their directions and options. Products seem to be top notch as well, so recommending them to any one and everyone.
