I dropped my iphone15 pro. Yes, my DropGuys case is fine. However, the back of my iPhone is SHATTERED!!! I am livid since it states in the website that they by law, will only replace the case and cannot replace or reimburse the cost of my phone. What a rip-off!!!

My iPhone is shattered, all around the camera lens. It slipped out of my hands in my house and fell two feet to the floor. The Dropguys case did not protect it at all and after four attempts to talk to customer service, they offered me $10 off another case. 🤔

I ordered Dropguys case to protect my new Iphone 16 pro. Dropguys sent the wrong size case but the right size screen protector. I promptly notified it. It has since repeatedly promised by email to send a new correct sized case. Yet, here I am, three weeks later with no case to protect my new phone and the UPS tracking site says it still does not have the new case... Guess I should have found a different case from the start.

Similar experience to others - terrible customer service. When inquired about the status of the order got an automated email which said they would respond within 24 hrs. No response. I sent another email 3 days later and no automated email this time. Tried the live chat which only pulls up the order and then provides no additional information.

I saw dropguys on a website review and was hopeful it was going to be a good case. Well I have no idea because I ordered it on 12-20-24 and as of 12-30-24 I have a UPS tracking number but when I check, UPS hasn’t received the case yet. I went in to do a refund and told them to cancel the order. They’re trying to charge me $6 for the return and I have to pay for shipping back to them on an item I haven’t even received. Unacceptable. When you email they are not responsive either. Do not buy from them.

Ordered iPhone 16 Pro case on 12/08. Said 3-5 day delivery. It was finally given a UPS tracking number on the 11th but wasn't picked up by U.P s for at least another day or two and finally arrived on 12/24. Only for us to find that they sent a phone case for the 16 pro max which obviously doesn't fit. They don't have a customer service phone number to call. They're very unresponsive time wise to emails and their chat was offline. Worst phone case company ever even if their case works well which I will never know. Definitely recommend you avoid this company.

Terrible experience with DropGuys company. Ordered an overpriced case for Christmas gift, waited 8 days with no further response or email. Sent email inquiring about the purchase and received an automated email about being open only M-F. Finally received email 2 days later saying my order had not been fulfilled and shipping date was unavailable. Complete waste of time dealing with this small time ‘company’ (if you can call it that).

First of all, the delivery takes forever because the cases seem to be shipped from abroad, likely China. Then the wrong size case was shipped. Finally, the "screen protector" which has all films attached which should have protected from dust already had dust attached inside in between the film. I am not sure who is doing the quality assurance but all parts of this product process has been flawed. Don't waste your money and time.
