I received my order in two day. Less than a day after installing the case and lens protector on my iPhone 17 Pro Max I noticed the camera lens protector was cracked. I messaged them and heard back almost immediately. Even though the broken item wasn’t warranted they replaced it. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Drop Guys again, a company that can be trusted. I ordered a phone case and screen protector for my new iPhone 17 pro from Dropguys and I'm very happy. The screen protector goes to the very edge of my phone screen so it looks like it's not even there. The case is great---slim and clear so I can see my fun, new orange colored phone. I haven't had any big drops yet but based on other reviews I'm certain it will hold up well. It's a relief to have my new phone protected!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong case. The team responded quickly to say they would help me change it out at no cost. It was unexpectedly easy! I have had a Dropguys case for my iPhone 13 Pro for 2 years now and it has saved my phone many times when I drop it on the pavement while running (sweaty hands). I like that it's not too bulky, easy to snap on but performs perfectly. I have now upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro which is why I ordered a new one. Keep up the great work Dropguys!
