Loved the pork 'jerky' sticks -- I only got two of the 12; husband truly devoured -- he's an intermittent eater, which I worry about, so sending him to work with the jerky was perfect. And the parm crisps were very tasty -- I've now created a Cabot sharp cheddar crisp and roll cooked bacon strips in it to create a bacon/cheddar cigar -- very tasty. We've not used the nut butter yet; it's in our 'emergency stash' -- looking forward to it.

A friend recommended the MCT C8/C10 Oil. I ordered and received it within 2 days. Very impressed with how quick I received. I started out day 1 with 1 Tbs to see how my system handled it and by Day 3 I used the whole packet. I did order the travel pack of 10. I have already noticed a difference and love this product! It has suppressed my appetite and I do feel more energy.

Pork sticks are excellent. Nut butters are ok, but seem oily for my preference. Keto snacks also good, but a little greasy on the aftertaste.

LOOOOVE these!!! Tastes great. It’s my “dessert” when I’m wanting something sweet. And bonus, no sugar is in it! Also helps me get to my fat goal for the day (eating a keto diet).
