Placed an order & had to follow up after 2 weeks because my order had not arrived yet. There was no way to track it so sent & email to inquire. I received an answer within 2 days items were overnighted to me.Great customer service!

Great service, but I hate that if I order 80 boxes of keto crunches (which I did because we are buying wholesale) then I literally get 80 emails about keto crunches. It should be one email per product purchased, and if a customer has already purchased a product once before there’s no need to resend that email. Right now, I get an email every time a box is purchased. This is my only criticism thus far, looking forward to the simplified purchasing with a wholesale site in the future as well. Thanks, Luke

As a Type 1 diabetic, I have over the years been advised to use carbs and protein after a low blood sugar. Amazing discovery ! I can use one or two glucose tabs to bump my sugar into “normal” range and follow up with an Fbomb packet. The fat keeps my blood sugar level and for a longer time frame without spiking which carbs would cause.
