Hello Riaz, We never forced you to buy any particular package. You contacted us to downgrade your package from dedicated to shared one. Based on the resources of your website, we gave you an option and offered to keep the same dedicated package at the price of shared one with annual renewal. You didn't respond back to us to discuss anything further and left this review. After this review, you came back to communicate with us and asked us to move your website to the shared server which we could have told us earlier as well.
