I placed an order and, after a month and a half, I only received two items from it. I contacted the company, but they informed me that they do not have the remaining items in stock and also refused to issue a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. The vendor is located in Albuquerque, NM. I strongly advise against purchasing from Dr. Melaxine. Many sellers appear to be offering this same product, and once they receive your payment, customer service is essentially nonexistent. In my experience, the product also does not seem to be effective and appears to be heavily hyped by the same group of vendors. BUYERS BEWARE!

I AM ONLY WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I CAN NOT FIND THE ACTUAL COMPANY THAT SOLD IT TO ME, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EMAIL IS SUPPORTATDENSEHEAVY I ORDER THIS PRODUCT THROUGH THIS COMPANY ANY WAITED ABOUT A MONTH IT NEVER CAME SO I DECIDED TO REACHE OUT TO THE SUPPORT AND THEY PROCCEDED TO TELL ME THAT IT WAS DELIVERED 11/28/25 AT 11:45AM AT MY MAILBOX I HAVE CAMERAS AND I WAS THERE ALSO I HAVE INFORMED DELIVERY THROUGH USPS NEVER AT ANY GIVEN TIME DID A NOTICE COME THROUGH ON MY INFORMED DELIVERY TELLING ME THAT I HAD A DELIVERY SO WHEN I REACHED OUT TO THE SUPPORT TEAM THEY PROCEEDED TO TELL METHAT IT WAS DELIVERED AND GAVE ME 2 DIFFERENT TRACKING NUMBERS OF WHICH NEITHER ONE OF THE WORKED SO I REACHED OUT TO PAYPAL BECAUSE THAT'S HOW I MADE RTHE PURCHASE THEY DENIED MY CLAIM AND STATED THAT THEY CONFIRMED THE DELIVERY WITH THE COURIER AND I CAN'T SEE HOW THEY DID THAT IF THERE WEREN'T ANY DELIVERY I HAVE BEEN APPEALING WITH PAYPAL AND THEY STILL HAVE YET TO REFUND ME MY 50 BUCKS SO HOPEFULLY DR, MELAXIN COMPANY NNED TO BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS OUT HERE USING THEIR PRODUCTS FOR SALE.

The items took a while to arrive to the UK. However the rice peel is amazing .

I bought the Dr Melaxin Calcium balm arrived today. First time used and my face is itching like mad had to was it off.

Well I ordered and never received my order. It said it got delivered but I never received it. When I contacted them they told me that it was a USPS problem and to deal with USPS to find my package. They took my money and refuse to make this right by sending another order or refunding my order. They will not even respond now. They are the absolute worst company. They stole from me and refuse to do anything.

I placed an order on the Dr. Melaxin website for two items totalling £35.10 on 23/11/25, however, I have still not received my items, and when checking the status of my order again today through the Shop app, it is still showing as ‘preparing shipment’. I have emailed the company directly through the official email address several times and have also contacted them numerous times through their ‘contact us’ page on their website for an update on the shipment of my items, however I have only received generic responses saying my order is on it’s way. I have now come to the conclusion that I will never receive my items and I have been totally scammed! Please do not make the same mistake I did and order from this evidently untrustworthy, sham company, that is obviously run by a bunch of scam artists who thought nothing of taking my hard earned cash but clearly had absolutely no intention of ever fulfilling my order and providing me the products I purchased in good faith! Absolutely disgusting!

Never received the item. When contacting customer service about item being lost, they want you to investigate it yourself. Customer service is so rude. I would never buy from them again nor recommend them to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Fake website .I have placed an order and didn't received it so i looked for the emails from Google and the original company replied saying the website is fake and their websites is DrMelaxin.sg.
