Before I file a dispute, I am reaching 48 hours since paying the $30. My bank statement says "Flex, Santa Clara CA" as descriptor and nothing more. When I search for additional information for the way it's listed or for any location information on drivewithflex.com, I am not getting anything to pull up. Prompt response is requested or a dispute will be filed.
