Mari at Drive Caramel went far beyond anything I could have expected to help resolve a complicated vehicle title issue. She stayed with me through the entire process, working with two separate third-party title agencies and the state of Arizona to get it straightened out. Her persistence, patience, and personal attention were exceptional. I honestly don’t know how I would have resolved this without her help. She took ownership of the problem and followed through every step of the way.
