Excellent customer service! Ana Hernandez was exceptional throughout the entire process. This was my first time making a purchase online for a vehicle. I had my concerns as I didn't experience the process before but Ana walked me thru everything. Very smooth transaction and everything done as promised. Looking forward to my next BaT purchase!!!
