Easy car buying experience, great customer service

This was my first experience buying a car via Bring a Trailer Verified Checkout via Caramel The online buying process went very well with good visibility of what was happening. I initially decided to let Caramel handle the title registration here in Colorado on my behalf but when I learned that Colorado dmv usually takes 45-60 days to handle mailed in title registrations I changed my mind and decided do it myself. Mary Khotsombath of Caramel did a fantastic job in accommodating my change of plans and arranged to send the title and all the additional paperwork and a refund within hours of our initial email exchange and sent them via Fedex with a tracking number for me to use.
