First, I want to preface my review with the fact that we have only been using Dripify for a couple weeks, so I am sure there are things that we have not explored yet. Overall we absolutely LOVE Dripify!! We love that you are able to send both LinkedIn messages as well as emails! We love that you can create relatively complex sequences with several different branches (accepted connection request branch, didn't accept, found email address, didn't find email address, etc.) allowing for such customization with our sequences. This is the perfect platform for our small business to engage with as many people as possible to help to increase sales. They even offer suggestions for the number of messages and connection requests we should make to avoid being marked as spam. The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because some features that are recommended on their site and through the readings they provide are behind a pay wall. Again, as a small business, I completely understand that income is important for a business, but it wasn't clear where we needed to have our team in order to get the use case we needed to maximize the platform for our uses. More specifically, regarding managing the LinkedIn inbox of other members of our team. So the way we planned our platform use was to have a global business account at the highest tier (Advanced) and add other members of our team to the account at the lowest tier (Basic) and have one person manage the advanced tier seat and respond to any LinkedIn responses we got from that or other seats as we ran several campaigns. Dripify mentioned that campaigns work better when you have multiple members of your team on the platform. But apparently, you can't see the LinkedIn inboxes of teammates on your account until they are upgraded to the Pro tier. Now that we upgraded everyone's tier to Pro, we are getting the use case we wanted and love the platform, but just a little annoyed that we are paying more now than we planned when we only have 1 active user that is managing several accounts so we can run several campaigns and not get flagged as spam. Again, we absolutely LOVE Dripify and we are getting amazing use out of it, just taking one star since the we were basically forced to upgrade the accounts of our other teammates to get the use out of the platform that we originally wanted when we first signed up.
