"Water I no longer want to drink" I have been a huge drinker and supporter of Hint since I first discovered it. I was so glad to finally have a flavored water with no carbonation or sweetener of any kind, I gave bottles to people to try right and left and bought several cases per month. The flavor was so natural, just like the real fruit, and I loved it. Well ... whatever they've done to the flavors since the labels/branding were updated is terrible! I don't believe the party line that it's still the same inside the bottle. Many of the flavors taste fake now, either like an alcohol-based flavor was used, or like some kind of chemical or perfume. The pineapple is atrocious, and the watermelon - the one and only flavor my Mom liked to drink - no longer has that wonderful real fruit flavor, or hardly any flavor at all. The first bad flavor I noticed was when I tried the coconut – it tasted so much like the tanning oil I grew up with that I expected to feel oil in my mouth. And all the summer popsicle-type flavors - gross and not worth it! No more Hint for me, I'm going back to plain water. Hint is no longer worth the cost.

I was excited to try Hint water. I tried crisp apple, watermelon and blackberry. I deal with dry mouth daily because of my meds. I felt that hint didn't satisfy my thirst. I was expecting the flavors to be sweet and was disappointed when they weren't. Thats what you expect when you think of those fruits and its very disappointing when you don't get it. But the crisp apple does taste like crisp apple to me.
