Honestly I only tried it because of Thomas Davis. But I thought it was pretty decent when I got it. I would buy it again but only if it was in my local grocery store. Ordering online and having to be home to sign was too much hassle. But like I said if I saw it on the store I would definitely buy it again.

Great - but rec’d someone’s order for cases of BERRY - I ordered a case of GRAPEFRUIT.

We are really happy that you enjoyed the Berry but are sorry to hear that you received the wrong flavor in your order. We are going to make sure you get to try the Grapefruit and will have a package out to you next week!

Notification for delivery was delayed 2 days and I received a message that there was a problem with FedEx. I was also informed that my signature was required upon delivery. I was unaware that the packages were eventually left at my front door bc the delivery driver did not get my signature.

Ugh! Shipping has been the worst and we apologize that the experience wasn't as easy as we intend for it to be. Legally, FedEx requires a signature by someone 21 or over for all alcohol deliveries. Hopefully you enjoyed the product and with your next order the next delivery will go much smoother. We definitely appreciate your business and the feedback!! Team Cool Cat.

All in all, my experience with purchasing, packaging, arrival of the product I ordered was phenomenal. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free gift with my purchase! Love that! The two flavors I purchased were the mint and the citrus. The 3 stars is only attributed to the expectation I had about the mouthfeel and taste. The flavors of mint and citrus were too subtle for my taste and I was was expecting a sparkling wine. I hope this honest review helps. Cheers to team coolcat for their launch and continued success!
