Still hasn’t even shipped, extremely late and no response. UPDATE No package but they issued a full refund plus a $50 credit. Feeling grateful. Went from 1 star to 3 star

Supposed to be three bottles. Only two shipped. Info you gave customs was incorrect. No address for manufacturer. I had to research and work with customs agent to obtain package. I paid for three bottles and you only shipped two. No Tanqueray sent UPDATE: Drink Zero acknowledged the mistake and refunded the price of the missing bottle. I have upgraded to four stars. The missing star is for the lack of info needed by customs to deliver to me.

I do not recommend this vendor. • Their website claims orders ship in 3-5 business days - mine took several weeks with no communication until I reached out threatening to cancel the order • Their website says all orders ship from Florida - mine shipped from Central Europe • My order was two bottles short (which was refunded) • I got a bill for customs fees from FedEx which they are refusing to pay even - their website states, “Because all shipments originate in the USA: No import duties apply for U.S. customers.” They offered a credit on my next purchase but due to the above, I will not be purchasing from them again. They also reached out to offer a credit in exchange for changing my review. Buyer definitely beware. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

The website says items ship from parter warehouse in US in 5 days- but I received a phone call and email from fedex about a shipment from Slovenia. My order did finally arrive today which was over 3 weeks. I love the product but it does not seem like it ships easily within the US which is a disappointment.
