For users that have difficulty in understanding how to use the program. support is set up to provide training videos dedicated to the sections in the programs that are causing difficulties in understanding, Plots for hole volume are more or less meaningless The software is developed to run in Windows 7 through Windows 11 and Office 2010 to the latest version 365

Hello thank you for the comment. Apparently you have missed the fact that by clicking on the Help and Training button on the main Menu will show training videos for river Crossing and Hydro Water Courses. these videos will help you to use HDD Plan. There are also further videos to help you on the web site www.directionaldrillingsoftware.com

Wael All these items are in the Mud Engineer program Apparently you downloaded and used the Mud Inventory trial program and as the name depicts this is an inventory not a full Mud Engineering program However, Mud Inventory is also included in the Mud Engineer program. I would suggest you download and try out the Mud Engineer program where you will find all the hydraulic calculations PLUS: ECD Temperatures in °F or °C Also hole cleaning

Hi Roger Thank you for your comment you can always contact [email protected] they are there to help anyone who does not understand the inputs required in the tubing tally program. The Packer Calculations program is a little more complex as it requires API and Gas Gradient inputs to be completely accurate in calculating the forces and pressures created against a packer in various situations .But once again support is always there, to help users that don't understand the inputs required

Hi The software runs on Windows 7 upwards and Microsoft Office 2010 up to the latest version 365 and 2018 If the program did not run and you have one of the above Microsoft Office programs installed you need to clean your registry. The software is in use in almost every oil producing country around the world and has been since 1992 If you need help running one of the programs please contact [email protected] they will help you to run the program
