I ordered a dress for my birthday and it is the most beautiful dress ever. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time since I live in Italy but they were fantastic and made sure it arrived in time, so I must say the costumer service done a good job because I sent a ton of emails and they always answered fast. I recommend ordering two months ahead to avoid panic because I ordered a month ahead and I was really stressed but it arrived a week before my birthday so perfect.

I ordered my wedding dress online..Yes! I took a chance & o.m.g!!! My dress was perfect & fits like a glove! The material is high quality & it's made exactly how the add looks. Juste parfait, j’ai trouvé ce site via une page Pinterest pour des robes de bal de promo. J’ai de suite reperé un modèle pour un mariage… après avoir envoyé un mail de renseignement au service client j’ai commandé. Et comment dire ! Je n’ai jamais vu un site aussi sérieux. Je suis restée en contact avec le service client tout le long! Ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable (ils parlent anglais). Je n’ai jamais rencontré ce professionnalisme auparavant sur aucun autre site. La robe est magnifique, a été faite à mes mesures (sans surcoût!), la qualité est incroyable. Je vous recommande ce site les yeux fermés. 🇫🇷🙏🏻

In the beginning, I wasn't sure what to expect. But I took a chance. They answered all my question immediately, the we're so kind and they did a great job on my dress. It looks and fits exactly how I wanted it to. Great experience. I will definitely order many more dresses from them.
